Maybe it's do to the fact that I have 20+ bikes in my basement with constant projects in the works that makes me relate to such articles as the one here:  http://anthemmagazine.com/column/1646  by Anthem Magazine.  Key quote,  "If you know where to look" says it best and therefore I am consumed...

My Tiger 09/08/2009

Ferdando Rodney has been my Tiger since last season, though he struggled most of it, I had high expectations for him. Much can be said about this 31 year old from the Dominican Republic. I will say this:  1) Rodney learned english with a little help from Seinfeld.  2)  He will keep you on the edge of your seat as you watch him close out a game.  3) He has 32 saves thus far.  4) He slightly cocks the brim of his hat to the left.  5) He was fined and is serving a 3 day suspension for throwing the game winning ball into the stands after giving up 2 runs.  See here:  http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=4454799
6) This photo is sweet and inspiring.

According to the NBA sources,  Wallace will sign a 1 year deal for 1.3 million this week.  I for one am a huge fan of B Dubbs and very glad to be seeing him back in the lineup with the boys in blue after peacin' out for that lettuce in 2006 to the Chicago Bulls.

Isle Royale 07/27/2009

The Freep just did a pretty sweet article on Michigan's freedom destination Isle Royale.  Check it here:

I have been talking as of late about visiting the Isle, thinking of the plan to get to Copper Harbor and come up with the funds of $114 to $128 for the 6 hour round trip ferry ride on the Queen.  Camping amongst the Wolves and Moose along with extensive foot work sounds rich and relaxing for some reason.
